Approval of investment policy for HHO-05 Social Housing Project

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the investment policy of the HHO-05 Social Housing Project (Hacom Galacity).

Land plot number 120 Dien Bien Phu street is planned for social housing.

Accordingly, the Project is implemented on a land area of over ^5,167m2 at 120 Dien Bien Phu Street (North Nha Trang Ward); construction floor area of over ^47,542m2 with 23 floors above ground, 1 basement; total number of apartments is about 528, each apartment has a minimum area of ^25m2 , maximum ^70m2 ; population size is about 1,354 people. The project has a total investment of over 770 billion VND; project operation period is 50 years (from the date the project is assigned to the investor). Expected progress: Selecting the investor in the third quarter of 2025; preparing for investment from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of 2025; constructing technical infrastructure works and works under the project from the first quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2027.

This project is selected for investors according to the provisions of Resolution No. 201 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development, and the Government's Decree detailing a number of articles and measures to implement Resolution No. 201.
