HBRE Chu Prong Wind Farm has a capacity of 50 MW, including 12 wind turbines. According to the environmental license, the project is allowed to discharge wastewater into the environment and comply with environmental protection requirements as prescribed; ensure the limit values for noise, vibration and comply with environmental protection requirements; requirements for waste management, prevention and response to environmental incidents.
HBRE Gia Lai Wind Power Joint Stock Company is only allowed to carry out the licensed contents after completing the corresponding environmental protection works. Regularly and properly operate waste treatment works, ensuring that the waste after treatment meets environmental technical standards; take measures to minimize noise and vibration to meet environmental protection requirements; manage waste according to the provisions of law.
At the same time, the Company is responsible before the law when pollutants, noise, and vibration do not meet the requirements permitted in the license and must immediately stop discharging wastewater, exhaust gas, generating noise and vibration to implement remedial measures according to the provisions of law. Correctly and fully implement the requirements on environmental protection in the environmental license and the provisions of law on environmental protection. Timely report to the environmental licensing authority, local authorities if incidents occur with waste treatment facilities, other incidents leading to environmental pollution. During the implementation process, if there are any changes different from the contents specified in this license, it must be promptly reported to the licensing authority.
The term of the license is 10 years (from the date of license issuance 24-6-2025 to 24-6-2035).
