Ca Mau prepares to deploy the Provincial Reporting Information System phase 2

On the afternoon of September 16, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lam Van Bi chaired a meeting to prepare for the implementation of the Provincial Reporting Information System. Viettel Ca Mau proposed upgrading the system in phase 2 with AI application features, supporting leaders to quickly query data, analyze and forecast to serve direction and management.

Regarding the implementation of the Provincial Reporting Information System Phase 2, Viettel Ca Mau proposed to expand the system in the direction of upgrading features and technology; in which, integrating AI (virtual assistant) features to support leaders in quickly querying data, automatically responding to information about indicators to help leaders monitor, direct and operate quickly. In addition, applying machine learning models to analyze and predict data helps leaders analyze complex problems of the province; analyze short-term and long-term forecasts with the goal of supporting leaders in promptly detecting and directing important indicators of the province.

The implementation of the Provincial Reporting Information System aims to promote digital transformation of State administrative agencies in the province; ensure the provision of reporting and statistical data to serve the direction and administration work in a synchronous and unified manner among all levels.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lam Van Bi requested departments and branches to coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office, communes, wards and Viettel Ca Mau to complete the system of forms, updated information in reports of each sector and field; continue to train on the use of the reporting information system with programs and content suitable for each subject.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Provincial People's Committee Office and Viettel Ca Mau to design an evaluation form for units to comment and complete the system. The Department of Science and Technology reviewed the infrastructure and equipment to ensure service for local authorities at 2 levels.
