Ministry of Education notes on admission and admission results, candidates need to know

According to the 2024 enrollment plan, from August 19 to 5:00 p.m. on August 27, candidates must confirm university admission on the general enrollment system of the Ministry of Education and Training .

Candidates complete admission procedures directly at the training facility according to the instructions and regulations of the training facility.

Here are the steps:

Step 1: Log in to the search system

• Visit website http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn
• Enter the information ID Number, Login Code, Confirmation Code and click the Login button.

Step 2: Go to the menu Look up admission results from the Look up menu

Step 3: View admission results

Each school that a candidate registers for admission has only one result: Pass or Fail. If the result is Fail, it means that the candidate fails all of the wishes registered for the school.

Step 4: Confirm admission

For the candidate who wishes to pass, he/she has the right to confirm admission. To confirm admission, the candidate clicks the Confirm admission button as shown below.

Step 5: Click Agree to complete the admission confirmation

Step 6: Check the status of Enrolled

Candidate information status "Admitted" means that the candidate has successfully confirmed his/her admission and the university has received the candidate's admission confirmation information.

Once admission is confirmed, candidates will not be able to cancel their admission confirmation. If they want to cancel their admission confirmation, they must contact the university for resolution.

Candidates who do not confirm admission within this time will be understood as refusing the first round of admission results.

Candidates who have passed the entrance exam and confirmed their enrollment on the system, based on the announcement, schedule, and enrollment plan of the training institution, will continue to complete the enrollment procedures directly at the school within the prescribed time.
