A "core area" with many quintessential values, also has to shoulder a great responsibility, leading the emulation movements of the province. In particular, ensuring the landscape and urban environmental sanitation is one of the extremely important tasks, not only to continue the Campaign "Hac Thanh people speak good words, do good deeds, act friendly" launched by Thanh Hoa City before; but also to multiply good values, spreading to wards and communes in the province.

The first general cleaning took place on July 26, the Ward Fatherland Front Committee coordinated with Song Chu Company Limited to launch an environmental cleaning campaign at the Bac Canal - one of the irrigation works, which also provides domestic water not only for the ward but also for many neighboring localities. The campaign attracted a large number of union members, youth, women's union members, farmers, veterans, cadres and local people. The participating forces cleaned up, collected garbage, and cleared grass along the canal, which has caused public outrage recently. Then, on August 2, the Ward Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations coordinated with the Ward People's Committee to launch a general cleaning campaign on major roads. Accordingly, more than 200 civil servants of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee and union members, youth, women's union members, veterans, farmers and armed forces made the streets more beautiful and spacious.

Collective environmental sanitation activities not only help improve general environmental sanitation, ensure water safety, and contribute to improving people's health, thereby demonstrating the locality's determination to implement sustainable development goals. Organizing two campaigns in a short period of time may only be symbolic, but the effect is great, contributing to spreading the spirit and responsibility for the community to a large number of people in the ward as well as many other localities. The goal set by the first Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, is to strive to build Hac Thanh into a smart, model ward of the province by 2030. Among the tasks and solutions mentioned are the task of protecting the environment, creating green, clean, and beautiful landscapes in addition to creating smart urban areas and developing the economy . This is identified as an inevitable development direction that any aspiring urban area must aim for.

To do that well, in addition to implementing technical environmental solutions, awareness and responsibility of the people are indispensable. Each person must determine that, for Hac Thanh to be worthy of being the "core area" of the urban quintessence of the old Thanh Hoa City area, an attractive, safe destination, a model ward in the process of rapid, strong, modern development in the coming time, people must be more proactive, make more efforts, promote the spirit from the general cleaning like the recent one into a useful movement, regular work. The goal set and the awareness aimed at in each person is that pride must be associated with responsibility.
