The Provincial People's Committee requests heads of departments, branches; public service units under the Provincial People's Committee; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to reorganize into: For medical centers under the district-level People's Committees in 11 districts, towns and cities, they will be transferred to the Department of Health for management and reorganized into 11 regional medical centers to organize service provision according to inter-commune and ward areas.
The medical station is under the management of the medical center and reorganized into 40 medical stations (including stations) to ensure health care for people right at the grassroots level. The Department of Health is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to develop and complete the arrangement project and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
For the agricultural and environmental (A&E) career, 11 district-level agricultural service centers are reorganized into 11 inter-commune and ward regional center branches under the Provincial Agricultural Service Center.
Next, 11 district-level land registration office branches will be reorganized into 11 regional branches under the provincial Land Registration Office. The Department of Agriculture and Environment will be assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to develop and complete the reorganization plan and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
For 8 district-level land fund development centers, reorganize them into 8 inter-commune and ward regional land fund development center branches under the Provincial Land Fund Development Center. Assign the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to develop and complete the arrangement project, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
For 11 district-level construction investment project management boards, reorganize them into 11 inter-commune and ward project management boards under the Provincial People's Committee. Assign the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to develop and complete the arrangement plan and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
For other careers under the district-level People's Committee, including: cultural - sports centers, radio - television stations or cultural - sports centers and radio - television stations; market management boards, bus stations, urban construction management teams or urban construction enterprises, urban management teams; martyrs' cemetery management boards; relic management boards of the Southern Vietnam Liberation Armed Forces Command base; other career units at the district level and children's houses under the current district-level Party bloc: Reorganized into 40 comprehensive service centers under the commune-level People's Committees after the arrangement.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province also assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to develop and complete the general project, submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision. At the same time, it must be completed before June 15.
As for district-level educational institutions, on May 8, the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province issued Official Dispatch No. 2065/UBND-NC guiding implementation.
