Son La Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Dong appointed Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission

Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Nguyen Huu Dong delivered a speech accepting the assignment.

On the afternoon of June 28, in Hanoi, the Central Internal Affairs Committee held a conference to implement the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.

Member of the Politburo , Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac chaired the conference.

According to Decision No. 1311-QDNS/TW dated June 20, 2024 of the Politburo, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Son La province, ceased to hold the following positions: Member of the Executive Committee, Member of the Standing Committee, Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Son La province; transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

At the conference, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac, on behalf of the Commission's leadership, congratulated Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong on being assigned and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

Mr. Phan Dinh Trac hopes that in his new position, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong will continue to promote his capacity and experience and achieve more success, striving with the leadership of the Central Internal Affairs Commission to excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong expressed his honor to be trusted, believed and assigned a new responsibility.

He affirmed that in his new position, he will continue to practice and cultivate revolutionary ethics, actively study and research theories, improve professional knowledge, uphold the principles of Party building, maintain solidarity and unity, and together with the collective leadership of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, strive to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong hopes to continue receiving the attention, assistance, leadership and regular direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Central Internal Affairs Commission and the support and assistance of the central ministries, departments and branches; the cooperation and support from the leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees in the Central Internal Affairs Commission to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
