In particular, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized the achievements in the cooperation process between Thanh Hoa province and Seongnam city over the past 13 years, the visits and working sessions between the leaders of Thanh Hoa province and Seongnam city, thereby affirming: "This is an important foundation for Thanh Hoa province and Seongnam city to continue to foster and build a cooperative relationship in the coming time".
