QTO - On the morning of September 5, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Dong Hoi Ward Party Committee Pham Thi Han attended the opening ceremony of the new school year at Hai Thanh Secondary School (Dong Hoi Ward). Hai Thanh Secondary School is a small-scale unit (8 classes), but the school has always been united, disciplined, creative, innovative, improving the quality of education and training, successfully completing the tasks of the 2024-2025 school year. The school's mass education quality continues to be maintained and improved; the key quality is focused on with 20 individual awards in the city-level excellent student competition.

In particular, in the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year, the school had outstanding results, with the average score of the three subjects Math, Literature, and English ranking 5th/16 in Dong Hoi City (old), and 16th/172 schools in the entire Quang Binh province (old), up 17 places compared to the previous school year. 100% of students who registered for the 10th grade entrance exam were admitted to public schools; 9 students passed the entrance exam to Vo Nguyen Giap High School for the Gifted out of a total of 12 students who registered for the exam... With these achievements, the school was awarded a certificate of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
