Associate Professor, Doctor Do Dinh Tung - Deputy Director of Xanh Pon General Hospital has just been officially transferred and appointed to the position of Director of Duc Giang General Hospital (Hanoi).

Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Health Vu Cao Cuong presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the new Director of Duc Giang General Hospital Do Dinh Tung.

According to Decision No. 1756/QD-SYT of the Hanoi Department of Health, Associate Professor, Doctor Do Dinh Tung, Deputy Director of Xanh Pon General Hospital, was officially transferred and appointed to the position of Director of Duc Giang General Hospital.

At the decision-giving ceremony, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Health Vu Cao Cuong sent his congratulations to the new Director of Duc Giang General Hospital. He expressed his confidence in the professional qualifications and management experience of Associate Professor, Dr. Do Dinh Tung, with his new position, he will work with the hospital staff to build and develop to meet the increasing needs of society, worthy of being a Grade I hospital of Hanoi Department of Health.

Before being appointed as Director of Duc Giang General Hospital, Associate Professor, Dr. Do Dinh Tung held the position of Deputy Director of Xanh Pon General Hospital; Director of Hanoi High-Tech and Digestive Center.

His main areas of interest are research, training, and practice in the fields of Internal Medicine, Endocrinology-Diabetes and Metabolism, wound healing, cold plasma applications, podiatry, research on genes related to diabetes and metabolic diseases...

Previously, the Hanoi Department of Health issued Decision No. 1445/QD-SYT to transfer Dr. Nguyen Van Thuong, Director of Duc Giang General Hospital, to the position of Director of Thanh Nhan Hospital from August 8, 2025. Dr. Do Minh Tri, Deputy Director of the Hospital, was assigned to be responsible for managing and operating Duc Giang General Hospital from August 8, 2025 until the Department of Health completes the position of Director of Duc Giang General Hospital.
