Closing ceremony of human resource training course for cooperative staff

On June 13, the Provincial Cooperative Union closed the Training Course to improve human resources for cooperative staff. The course consisted of two classes, one for cooperative directors and one for cooperative controllers.

The class was taught by lecturers from the Southern Vocational College and Cooperative Cadre Training School to students about the 2023 Cooperative Law and policies and laws on collective economy , cooperatives; new-style cooperatives associated with product value chains; applying digital transformation in cooperatives; developing business and market plans and strategies associated with product value chains; optimizing and promoting products on cooperative Fanpages, e-commerce platforms; applying digital transformation in management, operation, production and business in cooperatives... to help cooperatives develop in the current integration period.
