First grade girl found after 5 hours of searching

A first grade girl was reported missing by her family after she was not seen after picking her up from school. Authorities found her nearly 5 hours later.

On September 17, Tay Ninh Provincial Police reported that they had found a missing girl after school in Tan Phu Commune, Tay Ninh Province.

Accordingly, at around 4:40 p.m. on September 16, Ms. K. went to the Primary School in Tan Trung B Hamlet, Tan Phu Commune to pick up her daughter from first grade but did not see her daughter at school.

Girl found after nearly 5 hours of searching

Because she thought her daughter had been picked up by the teacher, Ms. K. told her mother-in-law to go to the teacher's house to pick up the child. However, when the grandmother went to the teacher's house to pick up the child, the teacher informed her that someone had already picked her up.

Fearing, the family searched for the girl but could not find her, so they reported the incident to the Commune Police. After receiving information about the incident, the Commune Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department and the Provincial Police to mobilize forces, implement professional measures and extract security camera systems to find the girl.

At around 0:30 a.m. on September 17, the police found the girl with HVQuan (47 years old, residing in Tan Thanh commune, Tay Ninh) in a hut in the custard apple garden that Quan was hired to work in Tan Loi B hamlet, Tan Phu commune.

Initially, Quan admitted that he had been drinking in the afternoon and that on his way home, he saw the girl sitting alone on the side of the road. Afterwards, Quan talked to the girl and took her to a hut in a custard apple garden and slept there until the police discovered her.

Initial verification shows that the girl was not abused. Because she took the child to her place of residence without the family's consent, the investigation agency is currently verifying and clarifying the case./.
