Many passengers climbed over the highway fence to get on a residential road to catch another car. At around 8pm, the traffic jam was still occurring, and the traffic police tried to clear the traffic jam.

The average traffic volume on the route is currently 22,000-23,000 vehicles per day. The traffic volume is high, the route does not have an emergency lane but only stops, so accidents often occur.
