How to prepare

Wash the ginger, peel and slice it, put it in a large bowl. Add 8 chicken thighs, 5 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of white wine, rub it on the chicken thoroughly and rinse it several times with clean water.

Prepare another bowl, mix 100g of breadcrumbs with 100g of crispy flour. Dip the chicken thighs in the wet flour mixture and then dip them in the dry flour. Repeat the step of dipping the chicken a second time in the wet flour and then coat it with another layer of dry flour.

Fried chicken

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes with Pre-heat mode and press start. Place the chicken in the oven and fry at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes to complete the fried chicken dish.
