This morning, September 5, representatives of Thanh Nien Newspaper in Quang Tri and Ho Chi Minh City were present at Tran Hung Dao Secondary School (Cam Lo Commune) to attend the opening ceremony and present meaningful gifts to the students.

At the ceremony, journalist Do Truong, a reporter for Thanh Nien Newspaper in Ho Chi Minh City, and readers supported and donated 20 bicycles to disadvantaged students in Cam Lo commune.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Cam Lo Commune Party Committee, thanked representatives of Thanh Nien Newspaper and readers for giving meaningful gifts to students on the occasion of the new school year.
"This is Thanh Nien Newspaper's sharing, companionship and support for students, encouraging them to continue to be good, study well and have a successful new school year," said Ms. Oanh.

Cam Lo Commune was established from 3 communes Cam Chinh, Cam Nghia, Cam Thanh and Cam Lo Town, the whole commune has nearly 6,000 students. In recent times, the local government has actively cared for the school and the students, but there are still many students in difficult circumstances who need more help. Agencies, units, and philanthropists have cared and accompanied, contributing to supporting the students in their learning process as well as the development of the local education sector.
Previously, on the afternoon of September 4, a representative of Thanh Nien Newspaper also presented 20 gifts (VND 1 million/gift) to 20 disadvantaged students in Hieu Giang commune, Quang Tri.
