Then, also on Ta Quang Buu Street, another sandwich cart opened selling the same dish 5 days ago, not far from the above selling point, and was also crowded with customers.
The places selling this crab roe sandwich have in common the affordable price of 25,000 VND/portion. A portion is half a loaf of bread with the filling of minced meat, scallion oil, crab meat, quail eggs and especially the sauce poured on top which the owner of the sandwich cart introduces as a sauce made from crab roe with an eye-catching orange color.

Sharing with Thanh Nien, the owner of the crab roe sandwich cart at 909 Ta Quang Buu Street said that it has been open for sale for nearly 15 days. After that, a number of similar shops opened because they saw that the dish was "hot" and followed suit.

Ms. Thao Le (19 years old), living in Chanh Hung ward (HCMC), accidentally learned about the dish through social networks. She immediately made an appointment with her friends to buy it on a weekday because her house was not far from the selling point on Ta Quang Buu street.
"I went to 909 Ta Quang Buu at 4 p.m., according to the time shared on social networks, but couldn't find it. I asked around and found out that the shop was temporarily closed for one day. I went to another point of sale about 500 meters away and saw a long line of people waiting, so I also stopped by to queue to buy," she said.

After nearly 20 minutes, Ms. Thao Le bought 2 portions of bread for 50,000 VND and excitedly went with her friend to a nearby cafe to enjoy. Looking at the appearance, she commented that the food was eye-catching, attractive and reasonably priced.
At the store where Ms. Thao Le just bought it, the seller said that she had just started selling this dish a few days ago. She opens the store from 2 p.m. until sold out, and in recent days, customers have been flocking to buy because the dish is "causing a fever" on social networks.
