The Secretariat expelled 7 party members from the Party.

On April 9, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the Secretariat reviewed and disciplined a number of Party members who had committed violations and shortcomings in the Party Committees of Vinh Phuc, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Ha Giang , and Gia Lai provinces.

On April 9, 2024, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the Secretariat reviewed and disciplined a number of Party members who had committed violations and shortcomings in the Party Committees of Vinh Phuc, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen , Ha Giang, and Gia Lai provinces. After reviewing the proposal of the Central Inspection Committee, the Secretariat found that:

Comrades: Le Duy Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province; Dang Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province; Cao Khoa, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province; Pham Dinh Cu, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen province; Ha Hoang Viet Phuong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks; Nguyen The Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Giang province; Nguyen Tu Son, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Education and Training of Gia Lai province, have degraded in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; seriously violated the regulations of the Party and the laws of the State in performing assigned duties and tasks; Violating regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and very bad influence on the reputation of the party organization and local government.

Based on the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of violations by the above individuals; according to the Party's Regulations on disciplining violating Party members, the Secretariat decided to implement disciplinary action of expelling from the Party the following comrades: Le Duy Thanh, Dang Van Minh, Cao Khoa, Pham Dinh Cu, Ha Hoang Viet Phuong, Nguyen The Binh, and Nguyen Tu Son.

Propose that competent authorities promptly enforce administrative discipline in line with party discipline.
