The AgriS Agro Day 2025 agricultural conference on a national scale, with the participation of more than 500 high-ranking guests representing the "5 houses" - the State, Farmers, Scientists, Enterprises, Financial Institutions at home and abroad, took place on August 7-8 in Tay Ninh province. The conference was co-chaired and organized by the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province with AgriS (Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company, HOSE: SBT) and coordinated by Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry.
With the theme "Comprehensive Resonance - Elevating Future Agriculture", AgriS Agro Day 2025 is a platform to create practical solutions with long-term impact, contributing to repositioning the value of Vietnamese agricultural products, helping Vietnam reach a proactive and leading role in the global agricultural value chain.
AgriS Agro Day 2025 is attended by senior leaders, experts, scientists in the fields of agriculture, finance, technology and innovation at home and abroad, along with typical entrepreneurs and farmers. At the same time, the Conference also creates opportunities for connection between scientists, businesses, investors, etc., helping to open up a space for cooperation and practical practice to create a high-tech - circular - integrated agricultural ecosystem.
Making Tay Ninh a high-tech agricultural center of the region
Speaking at the AgriS Agro Day 2025 Conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Lam, Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, said that after implementing the administrative unit arrangement, Tay Ninh is a locality located in the Southeast region, belonging to the Southern key economic region with a natural area of over 8,536 km² and a population of over 3.25 million people.
In the industrial sector, Tay Ninh province currently has 46 established industrial parks, with a total planned area of more than 13,971 hectares.
Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam said that Tay Ninh not only focuses on developing industry, trade and services, but also gradually makes strong changes in the agricultural sector, identifying this as one of the important pillars in the locality's sustainable socio-economic development strategy.
With the advantage of a large agricultural land area of about 600,000 hectares, Tay Ninh is focusing on promoting the development of high-tech agriculture, enhancing the transfer of science and technology into production, associated with key crops such as rice, custard apple, seedless lemon, dragon fruit, sugarcane; at the same time developing large-scale livestock farms and modern aquaculture. Currently, the province's agricultural products are present in more than 40 international markets, affirming the quality, reputation and brand of Tay Ninh agriculture in the international market.

Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, Tay Ninh province has clearly identified the strategic orientation for the agricultural sector in the new period: Modernization, application of high technology and promotion of extensive digital transformation. With the main goal of improving productivity, quality and production efficiency, building a green, smart and sustainable agriculture, capable of adapting to climate change and meeting the requirements of the global market.
"Tay Ninh aims to become one of the leading high-tech agricultural centers in the region, a convergence of intelligence, technology and modern agricultural models, creating new momentum for agricultural and rural economic growth," Mr. Tam emphasized.
Many solutions to improve Vietnamese agriculture
Sharing at the conference, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of AgriS, said that currently, through working with partners, many international financial institutions and organizations are eager to participate in investing in Vietnam's agricultural sector to bring deep processing into production, raising the value of Vietnamese agricultural products.

Ms. My said that it is necessary to digitize and modernize agricultural production; at the same time, she proposed solutions to promote the development of Vietnam's agricultural sector in the coming time, which are to promote the reconstruction of sustainable agricultural value chains through innovation and digital transformation (AgTech); connect data, lead capital flows, and elevate the agricultural value chain (FinTech); innovate in agriculture and food technology - Enhance the value of Vietnamese agricultural products in the international market (FoodTech).
As a co-host with Tay Ninh province, through the AgriS Agro Day 2025 event, AgriS affirms its commitment to accompany the Government in promoting the development of a circular agricultural economy, opening up prospects for a modern, integrated agriculture with the development of efficient, green and sustainable production models, closely following the 4 key Resolutions of the Politburo to take the country off in the new era: Resolution No. 57 - promoting technology and innovation; Resolution No. 59 - proactively integrating deeply into the international community; Resolution No. 68 - strongly developing the private economic sector; Resolution No. 66 - comprehensively innovating the work of building and enforcing laws.

The 2-day AgriS Agro Day 2025 program will revolve around 6 main focuses: Global food security - Challenges & solutions for sustainable development; Vietnam's agricultural potential and breakthrough policies; innovation, digital transformation and international cooperation; rebuilding sustainable agricultural value chains through innovation and digital transformation (AgTech); connecting data, leading capital flows, enhancing agricultural value chains (FinTech); innovation in agriculture and food technology - Enhancing the value of Vietnamese agricultural products in the international market (FoodTech).
One of the highlights of the event series is the field trip to the circular agriculture model at raw material areas, research institutes and factories of AgriS. In addition, guests will experience the practical application of the high-tech circular agriculture ecosystem AgTech – FoodTech – FinTech integrating ESG through interactive visual exhibition activities.
