On the evening of July 8, upon receiving information that Mrs. Nguyen Thi D. (born in 1933, residing in Ha Huy Tap ward, Ha Tinh province) had internal bleeding and severe anemia, and needed an urgent transfusion of type O blood, while the blood reserve at the Provincial General Hospital had run out, the Ha Tinh Police "Living Blood Bank" Club immediately notified its members, calling for urgent support.
Immediately afterwards, four officers and soldiers, including Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa - Deputy Captain of the Logistics Department; Lieutenant Nguyen Hong Son - Secretary of the Logistics Department's Youth Union; Captain Tran Thi Bich Phuong - officer of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department; Captain Le Nhat Minh - Secretary of the Youth Union of the Corruption, Economic , Smuggling, and Environmental Crime Investigation Police Department, quickly arrived at the hospital to donate blood to serve the emergency patient.
With the timely support of officers and soldiers, and the dedicated efforts of the medical team, the patient's health condition has gradually stabilized.
