Leaders of Nha Trang City People's Committee handed over planning documents to agencies and units.

At the conference, the City People's Committee introduced and announced the decisions to approve 7 zoning plans of the city, including: Zoning plan for Chin Khuc mountain area, Nha Trang city and Dien Khanh district; Zoning plan adjustment for the residential area west of Le Hong Phong street; Zoning plan adjustment for the residential area in Phuoc Dong commune; Zoning plan adjustment for the residential area in Xuong Huan ward - Van Thanh; Zoning plan adjustment for the Mieu Cau - Bac Bai Dong area, Phuoc Dong commune; Zoning plan adjustment for the residential area in Duong De ward, Vinh Hoa ward and Zoning plan adjustment for the residential area east of April 2 street.

At the same time, the City People's Committee also introduced and announced 9 detailed planning projects (1/500) of the city including: Detailed planning project of the Provincial Administrative Center in Vinh Thai commune; Detailed planning project of the Provincial Police headquarters; Detailed planning project of the Nha Trang City Mixed-use Urban Area; Detailed planning project of a part of the Vung Ngan subdivision on Hon Tre island, Vinh Nguyen ward; Detailed planning project of a part of the Bai Ran subdivision on Hon Tre island, Vinh Nguyen ward; Detailed planning project of the Vinpearl Hon Tre Golf Course Complex; Detailed planning adjustment project of the Hon Mot Complex, Vinh Nguyen ward; Detailed planning adjustment project of the Champarama Resort & Spa Project, Vinh Hoa ward; Detailed planning adjustment project of the Anh Nguyen - Nha Trang Beach Villa and Tourism Service Project.

After announcing the decisions approving the planning projects, the People's Committee of Nha Trang City handed over the documents to the People's Committees of the new communes and wards, relevant departments and branches to receive and manage the planning according to their assigned functions and tasks. It is known that after the Project to adjust the general planning of Nha Trang City to 2040 was approved in March 2024, up to now, in the city, there have been 19 zoning planning projects (scale 1/2000) and 14 detailed planning projects (scale 1/500) approved.
