Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and the District People's Committees, according to their assigned tasks, to be the investors responsible for reviewing the results of the implementation of the road bridge and approach road construction investment projects. Specifically, reporting on cases where bridges have been completed but approach roads have not been completed, so they cannot be put into use, affecting investment efficiency.

At the same time, advise and propose solutions to focus on coordination, promptly resolve problems arising during the implementation process, and speed up the project completion progress. The implementation must develop a specific plan and roadmap, and send it to the Department of Transport before May 22, 2024.
