Tuoi Tho Kindergarten currently has 2 campuses (on Ba Vi Street and Bach Ma Street, Hoa Hung Ward), the school's principal is Ms. Tran Thi Bich Lien.

The school was established in 2008, separated from Ward 15 Kindergarten. The school has facilities serving teaching and learning built in accordance with regulations with blocks of rooms serving learning, administrative rooms, functional rooms, playgrounds, play areas, kitchens, besides there are also children's gardens, arranged play areas, water pools... The school met national standards level 1 in 2010 and 2024. The school achieved level 2 education quality accreditation in 2015, 2019 and 2024.
