Eurowindow Sport City Real Estate Investment and Development Company Limited was assigned more than 272,000 m² of land to implement the largest modern urban area project in the center of Vinh City, with a total investment of more than 4,000 billion VND.
According to Decision No. 386/QD-UBND, Nghe An province assigned Eurowindow Holding's member company 272,762.9 m² of land in phase 1 in Dong Vinh ward, of which 111,208.9 m² of urban land is for building low-rise housing; 18,478.3 m² of urban land is for building social housing; and 143,075.7 m² of land is for non-business technical and social infrastructure works.
