In recent days, the National Achievements Exhibition in celebration of the 80th anniversary of National Day was held at the National Exhibition and Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi) and welcomed a large number of visitors. In the first 6 days of opening the National Achievements Exhibition (from August 28 to September 2, 2025), more than 3.93 million visitors came to visit. This reflects the deep interest of the public in this event of important political , social and cultural significance.
To serve the large number of visitors safely, the Organizing Committee has coordinated with relevant units to deploy 20 bus routes; expand parking areas, stopping areas, and pick-up and drop-off areas; arrange 12 information booths both indoors and outdoors; and distribute free information handbooks to visitors. In particular, a system of signboards is placed everywhere. The reception and volunteer force has nearly 2,000 people.
According to the Organizing Committee, despite welcoming a record number of visitors never seen before in the history of exhibitions in Vietnam, services are still guaranteed to be complete, thoughtful, clean and safe for visitors.
According to preliminary assessment, the number of visitors on September 3rd decreased significantly compared to the previous two peak days, mostly elderly people, veterans… from distant provinces. Viewers also had space to fully experience the uniqueness and appeal of the exhibition as well as be more proud of the country’s outstanding achievements.
To meet the needs and aspirations and create conditions for people to have more time to visit and experience the activities and events at the Exhibition, the Prime Minister issued Official Dispatch No. 155/CD-TTg on extending the time of the Exhibition of National Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day until September 15, 2025./.
