The park has 20 different runs, from bunny slopes to black diamond runs and “super giant” runs. It also has the largest terrain park in Korea, along with amenities such as C-box, X-box and wall boxes for snowboarders to practice.

6. Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort

Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort is a high-end leisure complex located just an hour away from Seoul by subway, near Baegyang-ri Station on the Gyeongchun Line. Beginners and intermediates can enjoy a variety of canyon-style slopes that allow you to glide smoothly down while soaking up the stunning scenery. For beginners, it’s even more reassuring to have a little help from the ski instructor program before heading out on your own!

7. Oak Valley Snow Park

Named after the nearby oak forest, it sounds cute, right? Oak Valley Snow Park is smaller than most ski resorts in Korea, but it attracts visitors with its warm atmosphere and 7 slopes for everyone from beginners, intermediate skiers to professionals. The park is small but has a lot of space, making it a great choice for skiing enthusiasts to show off their skills!

The resort not only has a ski school, but also BBQs and children's play areas such as an astronomy park and a sculpture park.

Jisan Forest Resort is located in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do, close to Seoul, so you can make a day trip to this beautiful place if the nearby accommodation is fully booked. There are a variety of multi-level courses available, including two beginner courses.

Located in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do, Konjiam Resort is one of the largest ski resorts in Seoul’s vicinity, with nine great runs of varying difficulty and five top-notch ski lifts. The resort also limits the number of daily users to a maximum of 3,500 people per hour to provide the best skiing experience with a wait time of less than 15 minutes. 70% of the runs are for beginners, intermediates, and seniors. Konjiam Resort has a dedicated area for equipment rental and repair, and for booking ski lessons.
