The whole province creates jobs for over 11,000 workers.

In the first 6 months of this year, the province's job creation work was implemented synchronously, associated with vocational training, career counseling and support policies according to government and local programs, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction and increasing income for workers.

In the first months of the year, Ho Guom Group Corporation, Lac Son branch in Vu Ban town (Lac Son), recruited hundreds of young workers to work with a stable basic income.

Specifically, the authorities organized job consultation and introduction for nearly 5,300 workers, while promoting the connection between labor supply and demand inside and outside the province. Many enterprises in Luong Son Industrial Park, employers in Bac Giang and a number of large enterprises nationwide were supported in finding local workers, through job exchanges, mobile recruitment sessions and online job introduction systems. The province also actively coordinated with enterprises to recruit workers to work abroad, organized the selection of local contract workers, creating sustainable labor export opportunities for people, especially in rural, remote and isolated areas.

Through active solutions, the province has created jobs for over 11,190 workers, reaching 70% of the annual plan. Of these, 430 workers were selected to work abroad under contracts, mainly in high-income, stable markets such as Japan, Taiwan, Korea, etc.
