In the first 9 months of the year, Tien Hai district issued 759 first-time land use right certificates to households and individuals.

Approved 9 decisions on winning land use right auctions, allocating land for housing with 65 land lots, area of ^7,508.4m2 , total auction winning amount of 91.54 billion VND.

In the coming time, Tien Hai district will accelerate the progress of residential planning projects invested by the district People's Committee, resource planning projects, and residential planning points invested by the commune People's Committee to organize land use rights auctions and increase state budget revenue. Proactively advise on timely resolution of difficulties and problems in site clearance and land recovery to implement investment projects.
