At around 6:30 this morning, while preparing to take the literature exam of the 2025 high school graduation exam, Khuu Thi Thanh Ngan (born in 2007, residing in Binh Hung Hoa B ward, Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh City), a 12th grade student at Binh Tan High School, realized that she had forgotten her citizen identification card at home. This is a required document for candidates to enter the exam room.
Realizing the urgent situation and the importance of candidates having all the necessary documents to take the exam, Major Nguyen Thanh Phuoc, who was on duty at the Binh Tan High School exam site, quickly reported to the Team Command.
Immediately, the police officer received instructions to use a special motorbike to take Ngan home to get her ID card.
Major Phuoc drove Ngan a total of 15km to and from school. With a sense of urgency and high responsibility, the major brought Ngan back to the exam site on time at 7:02, just in time for the exam room. The entire process was absolutely safe, ensuring that Ngan could confidently enter the exam room.
The beautiful and responsible action of Major Nguyen Thanh Phuoc received deep gratitude from Ngan's family, the school's board of directors, as well as the volunteers supporting the exam season at the exam site.
This timely support not only helps a candidate overcome difficulties but also spreads a meaningful message about the spirit of serving the people of the police force.
