In the 2024-2025 school year, the work of the Youth Union and the Young Pioneers was effectively implemented, achieving many outstanding results. The work of propagating and educating politics , ideology, ethics, and lifestyle was promoted; movements were deployed in a diverse and creative manner, attracting a large number of union members and students to participate. The work of building the Youth Union organization, developing union members, and introducing outstanding union members to the Party was focused on; the application of digital technology in union member management had many positive changes.
The school unions have promoted the movement of "Competition in teaching, learning, scientific research and talent development among young union members". As a result, during the year, a total of 152 innovative topics in teaching experience were developed by young teachers, of which 91 topics achieved A grade at the school level; more than 200 students participated in the national and provincial excellent student competitions and won many high prizes. The City Union has directed school unions to build youth projects, clear a total of more than 25km of village roads and alleys, whitewash and paint a total of 55 electric poles, attracting more than 2,300 union members and young people to participate.
Implementing the theme of the year "Kim Bang Children obey Uncle Ho's teachings - Be proud of tradition - Follow in the footsteps of their fathers", the teams have promoted the emulation movement of studying associated with skill training, maintaining the effectiveness of the programs. 100% of the teams organized thematic activities "Every week a beautiful story, a good book, a shining example" associated with the movement "Read and follow the Team newspaper"; the theme "Building beautiful friendships, saying no to school violence". During the year, the Town Team Council donated 10 study corners to students in difficult circumstances with a total value of more than 25 million VND, donated 40 bicycles with a total value of over 50 million VND and presented 850 gifts to children and students in difficult circumstances with a total value of more than 100 million VND.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the Youth Union at all levels has implemented the construction of 10 grassroots youth projects worth nearly 300 million VND, presented 75 gifts worth 25.3 million VND, coordinated with the Youth Union of Agribank Ha Nam Branch and the Provincial Military Command Youth Union to present 15 gifts worth 7.5 million VND. Directed grassroots Youth Union organizations to propagate and mobilize Youth Union members and youth to donate 624 units of blood.
On this occasion, Kim Bang Town Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to 18 collectives with outstanding achievements in the work of the Young Pioneers and children's movements in the 2024-2025 school year. Implementing the program "Helping children go to school", Kim Bang Town Youth Union coordinated with benefactors to present 20 bicycles to disadvantaged students in the area.
