At the conference, the leaders of the Dien Ban Town Party Committee's Organization Committee announced the decision of the Town Party Committee's Standing Committee on the establishment of the Town Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on the basis of merging the Town Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and the Town Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.

The organization of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Dien Ban Town Party Committee consists of 8 cadres and civil servants, including 1 head, 3 deputy heads and 4 specialists; Ms. Tran Kim Thoa - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Dien Ban Town Party Committee (former) holds the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Town Party Committee.

The merger of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department is carried out in accordance with the Central's policy and the Provincial Party Committee's direction on streamlining and organizing the apparatus to be lean and scientific , aiming to improve work efficiency and meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.
