According to the report of Tay Giang District People's Committee, the total capital plan for national target programs in 2025 (including capital sources allowed to be extended to 2025) of the district is more than 285 billion VND and has allocated 241.7 billion VND, reaching 84.8%. By June 10, 2025, Tay Giang had disbursed more than 99.2 billion VND, reaching 34.8% of the total capital plan.
The district is focusing on implementing tasks during the transition period such as allocating capital to projects and programs; preparing procedures for payment and settlement of completed works; determining the volume and stopping points of unfinished projects and works; preparing final volume records for handover to new communes and new management units...
The total number of temporary and dilapidated houses supported in 2025 is 483 (404 new houses, 79 houses repaired), with a total implementation cost of 26.6 billion VND. Currently, the houses are being built, striving to complete houses for meritorious people by July 27, and complete houses for other groups of beneficiaries by September 30 according to the general direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested Tay Giang district to focus on important and urgent tasks in the immediate future. Currently, the undisbursed capital is still large, about 184 billion VND; the unallocated capital for the project is still large.
Mr. Tuan requested Tay Giang to focus on allocating capital to projects and localities to implement before June 20. Procedures and documents need to be prepared to ensure a smooth transition.
The district closely coordinates with the departments and offices coordinating provincial programs, continuously exchanging information during this time so that when problems arise, they can be guided to ensure implementation. For sources that do not have the task of implementation, they will be compared and immediately transferred to the province so that the province can return them to the Central Government.
