The Board of Directors of Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (PJICO - stock code: PGI) has just appointed Mr. Tran Anh Tuan as General Director from June 16, for a 5-year term.
Mr. Tran Anh Tuan is introduced as a bachelor of economics , master of finance - banking. He joined PJICO in 1995. He has held many positions such as Deputy Head of Finance and Accounting Department, Head of Financial Investment Department. Before being appointed General Director, he was Deputy General Director and information disclosure officer of the company.

Previously, PJICO dismissed Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang from the position of General Director from May 15. The reason is that Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang no longer meets the standards according to current regulations to hold the position of legal representative. Ms. Giang is a staff member who has accompanied PJICO for nearly 30 years.
At that time, PJICO also approved the assignment of Chairman of the Board of Directors Pham Thanh Hai as the legal representative, replacing Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang.
PJICO's Board of Directors also passed a resolution to dismiss Mr. Tran Hoai Nam from the position of Deputy General Director from May 15. Mr. Nam has worked at PJICO for nearly 30 years.
