SEA GN is a local non-profit organization managed by the Southeast Asia Research Association - Vietnam (SEARAV) (under the Ministry of Science and Technology ).
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Dao Thien Ly, Director of the SEA GN Research Center, said: The SEA GN Research Center was established with the mission of connecting knowledge, spreading compassion and mobilizing social resources, to promote comprehensive and sustainable development in Vietnam as well as the Southeast Asian region. The Center's activities aim to contribute to the journey of comprehensive and sustainable development with the spirit of bringing more positive changes to children and the community.
The SEA GN Research Center focuses on four main pillars: Focusing on research, development and application of activeeducation methods based on Vietnamese practices and international experience. Focusing on community development through consulting activities and implementing comprehensive community development programs, focusing on sustainable livelihoods, social security and vocational training for disadvantaged groups. Focusing on the field of climate change and environmental protection by committing to research and implementing green, environmentally friendly solutions, while supporting vulnerable communities against natural disasters and climate change. Connecting and mobilizing social resources with a spirit of transparency, responsibility and efficiency.
At the ceremony, SEA GN Research Center introduced its Executive Board and staff; organized cooperation signing ceremonies with strategic partners.
