According to the report, in the first 3 months of the year, loan turnover in the district reached more than 35.4 billion VND, meeting the capital needs of 576 poor households, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries to invest in production, business and economic development.

To date, the total outstanding balance of 18 loan programs is over VND 400 billion, with 5,589 households (the outstanding balance increased by over VND 8.4 billion compared to December 31, 2024). The accumulated capital mobilization balance in the first 3 months of the year reached nearly VND 56 billion.

The quality of operations of savings and loan groups in the district is regularly strengthened and improved. Transaction office of the District Social Policy Bank Completely handled all 448 loans due with the amount of nearly 16 billion VND, no new overdue debts arose.

To continue to effectively implement policy credit work in the second quarter of 2025, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee Hoang Van Hung - Head of the Board of Directors of Hiep Duc Social Policy Bank requested relevant sectors to continue to promote propaganda and deploy credit programs to the people, especially the vulnerable.

Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and towns closely monitor the management of capital sources at the grassroots level, and at the same time carry out procedures related to the handover of documents when implementing the policy of merging commune-level administrative units.
