Kinh Bac Ward: Exemption from construction permits for individual houses in areas with 1/500 planning

BAC NINH - On the afternoon of August 6, Kinh Bac Ward People's Committee announced a list of 7 projects exempted from individual house construction permits according to Article 89 of the Construction Law and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee. This is one of the first localities in the province to implement this regulation.

According to regulations, individual housing construction projects in areas with approved detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 are exempt from construction permits.

In phase one, Kinh Bac ward implemented exemption of construction permits for individual houses in 7 projects.

Accordingly, Kinh Bac ward implemented phase 1 of exemption of construction permits for 7 projects including: Housing area auctioning land use rights to create capital in Duong Xa 3 area; Housing area auctioning land use rights to create capital in Duong Xa 3 area and Khuc Toai area; Thu Ninh service residential area; Housing area and public works in Ho Ngoc Lan area; Housing area auctioning land use rights to create capital in Duong Xa area; Resettlement housing area for households in the dike protection corridor and land fund auctioning land use rights to create capital for infrastructure construction in Duong Xa 1 and Van Phuc area; Resettlement housing area for households in the dike protection corridor and land fund auctioning land use rights to create capital for infrastructure construction in Khuc Toai area.

Vice Chairman of Kinh Bac Ward People's Committee Nguyen Van Hieu directed the implementation of exemption of construction permits for individual houses according to regulations.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Vice Chairman of Kinh Bac Ward People's Committee said: The unit has requested the Department of Economy , Infrastructure and Urban Areas to immediately send project documents to the neighborhoods and project designs to the Public Administration Service Center; continue to complete the documents of projects exempted from licensing.

In phase 2, the ward will continue to implement about 50 projects; by October 30, 2025, all projects with detailed planning will be exempted; strive to basically complete the exemption of construction permits according to regulations in the ward by the end of 2025. Request the ward chiefs to enhance their sense of responsibility, grasp the situation at the grassroots level, detect and prevent violations from occurring and promptly report violations to the ward People's Committee for handling. Actively mobilize and propagate people to comply with the laws on land, urban areas, construction and environment.
