Au Lau Ward speeds up site clearance to serve Tran Yen Industrial Park Project

Implementing the 60-day peak plan, Au Lau ward is drastically speeding up the progress of site clearance (GPMB) to serve the Tran Yen Industrial Park (IP) infrastructure investment and business project - phase I, one of the province's key projects.

Tran Yen Industrial Park Project Phase I has a scale of over 254 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 2,200 billion VND, with the goal of building a synchronous infrastructure system, attracting businesses operating in the fields of processing, manufacturing, and high-tech industries, contributing to creating a breakthrough in local socio -economic development.

The leaders of Au Lau Ward directed members of the Land Acquisition Council, heads of residential groups in areas with land to be acquired, and representatives of investors to speed up the land acquisition work.

According to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, all site clearance work of the project must be completed before September 30, 2025.

To achieve this goal, Au Lau Ward People's Committee organized a conference to evaluate the progress of site clearance and conduct field inspections at the project area.

Here, the units are required to speed up the implementation of the remaining tasks, at the same time, step up propaganda and mobilize people to comply with the land recovery policy; thoroughly handle the existing problems related to the origin of land and assets on land. Any difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process need to be promptly summarized and reported; at the same time, specific solutions suitable for each area are proposed.

Currently, the work of measuring, counting and making a compensation plan is being urgently implemented. The Ward People's Committee has identified this as an important political task, a top priority in the current period, in order to soon hand over the clean land to investors, creating momentum to promote socio-economic development in the area in the coming time.
