Coordinate and facilitate the organization of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels

The Prime Minister requested close coordination to successfully organize the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels, ensuring effectiveness and solemnity.

On September 9, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed and issued Document No. 1121/TTg-QHDP on coordination and facilitation of the organization of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations at all levels.

The telegram stated: The Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels and the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front are events of very important socio-political significance, held immediately after implementing the policies, resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat on the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus of the political system and the organization of local governments at two levels; a special milestone when merging and arranging socio-political organizations under the direct control of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; a broad political activity, a congress of the great national unity bloc, mobilizing and encouraging people of all walks of life, strongly arousing the spirit of patriotism and the aspiration to contribute to building and developing the country in the new era.

To implement Directive No. 48-CT/TW dated June 24, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat on leading the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels towards the National Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term, the Prime Minister requests Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of Government agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and cities to implement the following contents:

Strengthen coordination and create conditions for the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations to organize practical and widespread emulation movements, make achievements to welcome the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic goals in the spirit of Directive No. 48-CT/TW dated June 24, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat.

Closely coordinate, support and create the most favorable conditions for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to successfully organize the Congresses at the provincial and communal levels and the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the congresses of socio-political organizations for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring solemnity, economy, practicality, efficiency and on schedule.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs coordinates with the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in foreign information work; directs Vietnamese representative agencies abroad to create conditions for overseas Vietnamese to turn to the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels; coordinates in selecting and introducing personnel who are representatives of overseas Vietnamese to participate in the membership of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall coordinate with relevant agencies to direct news agencies and press to strengthen propaganda work before, during and after the Congress; attach importance to domestic propaganda work and foreign information and propaganda on the policy of great national unity, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations in the political system in our country, on ethnic policies, religious policies, and policies towards overseas Vietnamese.

The Prime Minister requested the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to direct the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels to closely coordinate with local authorities and relevant ministries and agencies in carefully preparing and effectively performing tasks serving the organization of congresses at all levels towards the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring quality and time as prescribed.
