The Standing Committee of Dak To District Party Committee held a meeting to approve the personnel plan for Party Committees, Standing Committees, and Party Inspection Committees of communes after the merger, consolidation, and new establishment. Accordingly, it is expected to arrange 96 positions in Dak To commune; 90 positions in Kon Dao commune and 83 positions in Ngoc Tu commune. In addition, from April 2025 to present, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has agreed and submitted to competent authorities for consideration and approval of the policy and leave regime for 44 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. Regarding Party Congresses at all levels, up to now, the district has 12/15 grassroots party organizations holding congresses; It is expected that by June 20, the grassroots party organizations will complete the organization of the congress. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has established a Steering Committee and a Congress Document Editorial Team for the three new communes and completed the first draft of the three communes' political reports . Regarding the arrangement of working offices and facilities after the arrangement, it is expected that the new Dak To commune headquarters will be located at the current headquarters of the District Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee; the new Kon Dao commune headquarters will be located at the current Dak Tram commune headquarters and the new Ngoc Tu commune headquarters will be located at the current Ngoc Tu commune headquarters. Currently, Dak To district is still facing difficulties in selecting personnel to participate in the Party Committee to ensure the quantity and structure are in accordance with regulations. In addition, the payroll of the newly merged communes is still larger than the regulations, making it difficult to streamline the payroll; the arrangement of headquarters and facilities of Kon Dao and Ngoc Tu communes is facing many difficulties in terms of offices, official residences, equipment, land funds, etc.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Tuy requested the Standing Committee of the Dak To District Party Committee to continue to closely follow and study the regulations, documents and instructions of the Central and the province to effectively implement the arrangement of the organizational apparatus; promptly complete the personnel plan for the Party Committees, Standing Committees, and Inspection Committees of the Party Committees of the communes after the merger, consolidation and new establishment, ensuring the right job positions, prioritizing the arrangement of cadres with professional qualifications and capacity; review and synchronously and promptly deploy the contents and tasks to ensure that the newly established communes can organize activities from July 1. At the same time, well implement the work of preparing documents for the Party Congress of the commune, the political report must be breakthrough, setting out specific socio -economic development goals, based on the potential and strengths of each locality./.
