Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, Head of the Steering Committee for External Information Work, and leaders of central departments, ministries and branches attended and performed the Award launching ceremony.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, journalist Do Duc Hoang, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television, stated that after 10 seasons of organization, the National Award for Foreign Information has affirmed its position as a meaningful political and social activity, contributing to honoring and encouraging outstanding collectives and individuals in foreign information work.
With diverse, creative and quality works, the award becomes a bridge to bring the image of the country, people, culture and innovative achievements of Vietnam to international friends; at the same time, spreading the message of a peaceful , developed, friendly Vietnam, actively contributing to the cultural heritage and knowledge of humanity.
Entering the 11th season in 2025, the award continues to innovate, adapt to the flow of the times, directly implementing important conclusions and resolutions of the Politburo , contributing to the goal of comprehensive international integration in the new situation.
This year's award will consider and award works/products in the following categories: Vietnamese and foreign language press, radio, television, books, photos, digital and multimedia products, and initiatives with foreign information value. Entries must be published and announced from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
Contest entries are submitted via the official website [https://giaithuong.ttdn.vn](https://giaithuong.ttdn.vn), the deadline for submission is August 5, 2025. For the book category, soft copies or printed copies with system labels must be submitted to the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, 6C Hoang Dieu, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
