The term of office of the above personnel is 5 years.

Speaking at the assignment, Permanent Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tho assessed that after 20 years of establishment, the City High-Tech Agricultural Park Management Board has affirmed its position, role, and strengths, promoted outstanding achievements in scientific research, high-tech application, contributing significantly to leading the transformation of traditional agriculture into high-tech agriculture; promoting the application of digital transformation; training high-quality human resources; incubating technology and high-tech enterprises; contributing to the socio -economic development of the City.
After merging with provincial administrative units, Ho Chi Minh City has a large area of agricultural land, creating favorable conditions for the development of High-Tech Agricultural Zones to expand their scale and operating areas to develop in accordance with national planning and the Southeast region; become a center for research, transfer, and application of high technology; be a locomotive connecting the region and the whole country; be a place to attract investment, innovate, and increase the value of agriculture and agricultural products, contributing to bringing Ho Chi Minh City on par with the region and the world.
Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tho congratulated the officials who received the decision, hoping that they would promote their professional qualifications, working capacity, and work experience, and unite with the collective to successfully complete the goals and tasks assigned by the City Party Committee and People's Committee.
Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tho also requested the leadership of the High-Tech Agricultural Zone Management Board to immediately start working, stabilize the organizational structure, review the goals and tasks of the 2025 Work Plan, review the goals of the new Ho Chi Minh City to plan tasks for the next 5-year period.
Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tho believes that with 20 years of tradition and the solidarity and capacity of the Management Board's leadership in the new position, Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Agricultural Park will continue to affirm its role as the center and nucleus of the whole country in high-tech agriculture and digital transformation in agriculture.

Speaking at the ceremony, Head of the City High-Tech Agricultural Zone Management Board Pham Dinh Dung thanked the City leaders for trusting him with the new responsibility and pledged to work together with the unit to make efforts and unite to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Mr. Pham Dinh Dung also hopes to continue to receive attention and support from the City Party Committee and People's Committee so that the City High-Industry Agricultural Park Management Board can successfully complete its assigned tasks.
Also at the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Bac Nam announced decisions on resolving early retirement for management staff to enjoy policies and regimes according to Decree 178 of the Government and amended and supplemented in Decree 67 of the Government from September 1, 2025.
