Vietnam Education Publishing House attends exhibition of achievements on 80th anniversary of National Day September 2

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, Vietnam Education Publishing House accompanied the Ministry of Education and Training to participate in the exhibition of socio-economic achievements with the industry's own theme "80 years of education and training for national development".

The exhibition takes place from August 28 to September 5 at the National Exhibition Center, Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi. The exhibition is an opportunity to honor the outstanding achievements of Vietnam's revolutionary education in 80 years of construction and development, the contributions and dedication of generations of teachers, education managers, workers, students in the education sector; thereby contributing to encouraging and promoting the spirit of "respecting teachers and valuing education" and studiousness of the nation, striving to fulfill the task of training human resources, nurturing talents, building Vietnam in a new era - an era of growing increasingly rich, democratic, fair, civilized, prosperous and happy.

With an exhibition area of 396m2 at location H1-013, Hall 1, the booth of the Ministry of Education and Training will vividly and objectively recreate the 80-year journey of development of the education sector associated with the history of building, protecting and developing the country under the wise leadership of the Party and State. The exhibition content is organized according to important historical periods:

Central area (Celebration area): General introduction of the exhibition, brief history of formation and development of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Period 1945 - 1954: The outstanding achievements of Vietnamese education in the first years after the successful August Revolution and the years of resistance against the French colonialists were the emulation movement "Elimination of ignorance" and fighting illiteracy; in which the first educational reform took place in 1950.

Period 1954 - 1975: Reflects Vietnam's education during the period of socialist construction in the North and the struggle for national reunification, including the second educational reform in 1956.

Period 1975 - 1986: Represents Vietnam's education in the early period of building socialism nationwide, along with the third educational reform in 1979.

Period 1986 to present: Characterized by Vietnam's education in the renovation period, especially the fundamental and comprehensive renovation of education and training since 2013.

The era of breakthrough in education and training development: Introducing the modernization and breakthrough orientations in education and training development in the new era.

In the 80-year journey of development of the Education sector, Vietnam Education Publishing House is proud to be a pioneer, closely accompanying the Ministry of Education and Training in building and developing a sustainable and modern education system, meeting social requirements and international integration.

Participating in this exhibition, Vietnam Education Publishing House plans to bring its most typical products (textbooks, special reference books, digital products, etc.) to display at the exhibition.
