* Provincial Red Cross Society offers incense to commemorate heroes and martyrs
On the afternoon of July 24, the delegation of the Lao Cai Provincial Red Cross Society led by Vice President Vang Thi Mai Huong offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Cam Duong Ward Martyrs Cemetery, Lao Cai Province.

Accordingly, the delegation held a memorial service, offered incense and flowers to the heroic martyrs, the nation's outstanding children who devoted their youth and lives to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.
The incense offering ceremony is not only a gesture of deep gratitude, but also a reminder for every cadre, member, and volunteer of the Red Cross today to always remember that great merit, follow the heroic tradition, help the vulnerable in the community, and contribute to building the homeland to develop more and more.
* Trinh Tuong commune provides health check-ups for policy beneficiaries and meritorious people
On the morning of July 25, Trinh Tuong Regional Medical Station and General Clinic coordinated with Economic - Defense Group 345 to organize a program to examine, provide health consultation and provide free medicine to policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions in the area.

At the program, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and meritorious people in Trinh Tuong commune were examined clinically, had their blood pressure measured, had ultrasounds, received treatment advice, and were given free medicine; and were given basic knowledge about health care, disease prevention, especially common diseases in the elderly and infectious diseases...
* Health check-up for policy beneficiaries
Lao Cai - Cam Duong Regional Medical Center launched a health check-up activity for policy beneficiaries on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

The policy subjects eligible for health check-ups are Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Labor Heroes during the resistance war, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, people participating in revolutionary activities or resistance activities who were imprisoned by the enemy and are receiving monthly allowances in the communes and wards of Lao Cai, Cam Duong, Hop Thanh and Coc San.


Medical stations and sub-stations in the area have reviewed beneficiaries of policies in communes and wards; made lists and organized comprehensive health check-ups combined with disease prevention propaganda; established health management records, and periodically and regularly monitored and managed health for policy beneficiaries in communes and wards.
* Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital organizes "Sing the military march forever" program
The program took place in a solemn and warm atmosphere with heroic revolutionary songs such as: Sing forever the military march; Five brothers on a tank; Light the fire, my dear... performed by members of the Tu Tam Charity Club, volunteers of the Lao Cai Humanitarian Heart Red Cross and interacting with veterans, bringing deep emotions to the attendees.

The program took place in a solemn, warm atmosphere with heroic revolutionary songs.
“Singing the military march forever” is a special program that the Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital maintains and organizes annually, and this is the 6th year the program has taken place with the cooperation and contribution of the whole community, with the desire to express love, respect, and gratitude to heroes, martyrs, and people with meritorious services to the revolution. Thereby, continuing to spread love for the Fatherland, arousing national pride and inspiring the younger generation, contributing to the implementation of comprehensive health care for the people.

Lao Cai Red Cross Charity Heart Volunteer Club gives gifts to veterans and relatives of meritorious people

Tu Tam Charity Club donates 250 free porridge portions to patients
On this occasion, volunteer clubs presented 44 gifts in cash and kind to veterans and relatives of meritorious people being treated at the Hospital, with a total value of over 26 million VND.

Minh Duc General Construction Company Limited presented 300 cash gifts with a total amount of 110 million VND.
Previously, Minh Duc General Construction Company Limited also donated 300 gifts worth 110 million VND; Tu Tam Charity Club donated 250 free porridges to patients being treated at the hospital. Thereby, it added strength and confidence to veterans, relatives of meritorious people and poor patients to overcome difficulties, actively treat and defeat the disease.
