Found 30 million VND, brought it to the police to report

On his way to work, Mr. Dinh Cong Binh picked up a stack of 30 million VND. He then went to the police station to report the money and ask them to help find the owner.

On the morning of September 10, 2025, on National Highway 62, through Hamlet 4, Moc Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province, Mr. Dinh Cong Binh (born in 1989, residing in Hamlet 4, Moc Hoa Commune) discovered a stack of cash worth 30 million VND dropped on the road while going to work.

What is admirable is that despite working as a manual laborer with a meager income, when he found a large sum of money, Mr. Binh decided to find the person who lost it to return it.

Immediately after that, he posted the information on his personal Facebook page to find the person who lost it, and at the same time brought all the money to Moc Hoa Commune Police to report and hand it over. This honest action quickly received attention and positive sharing from local people.

At around 5 p.m. the same day, Nguyen Cong Lap (born in 1986, residing in Kenh Dao Hamlet, Nhon Hoa Lap Commune, Tay Ninh Province) went to the Moc Hoa Commune Police Station to report that he had dropped the money while traveling from Tan Thanh Commune to the old Kien Tuong Town. According to Lap, while traveling, he accidentally dropped the money he was carrying without realizing it.

After receiving the information, the Moc Hoa Commune Police force verified, compared and applied professional measures to determine that Mr. Lap was the owner of the above amount of money. The Commune Police carried out the necessary procedures and handed over all assets to Mr. Lap.

Receiving the money back, Mr. Lap expressed his emotion and sent his sincere thanks to Mr. Binh for his honest and noble actions. At the same time, he thanked the Moc Hoa Commune Police for supporting him to get back the lost money./.
