Lam Dong prepares carefully for the 2025 Running Race

On September 12, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the People's Public Security Sports Association (CAND) to hold a meeting to discuss preparations for the 2025 Running Race.

The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh; Colonel Nguyen Thi Thuy Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work, Vice President of the People's Public Security Sports Association (CAND) and Colonel Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Security Department.

According to the draft plan, the race will take place on November 21-22, 2025 with the participation of about 800 athletes.

Representatives of NEXUS Media Joint Stock Company introduced an overview of the organization. Delegates discussed and contributed ideas to coordinate effective implementation, ensuring absolute safety for the event.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Minh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested that units do a good job of reviewing and surveying terrain, medical conditions, fire prevention and fighting, traffic, and ensuring safety for athletes.

Colonel Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police, spoke at the meeting.

On the side of the Provincial Police, Colonel Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police, said: The Provincial Police will proactively coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee, the Police Sports Association and related departments and branches to conduct a survey of the terrain, develop a plan, and prepare necessary conditions to organize the tournament.

At the same time, direct professional units and local police to develop plans and mobilize forces to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and rescue, ensuring absolute safety for athletes, visitors and the entire duration of the event.

Colonel Nguyen Thi Thuy Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work, Vice President of the Public Security Sports Association, gave a speech.

This running race is considered an international trail race with special significance in promoting Lam Dong tourism, introducing the natural beauty of Vietnam to international friends. The unique running route connects four sacred peaks of Lam Dong plateau: Langbiang, Pinhatt, Voi mountain and Bidoup. Thereby, bringing a challenging and impressive journey of experience for athletes and tourists.

Not only contributing to promoting tourism and sports, the tournament also spreads the community message about health training, improving the quality of life and responding to the Campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho".

Preparations are being urgently deployed by units, aiming to successfully organize the event, leaving a beautiful impression in the hearts of athletes and international friends.
