Specifically, on September 10, the Vietnam Cyber ​​Emergency Response Center received a report of a cyber security incident at the National Credit Information Center (CIC).

Initial verification results show signs of cybercrime attacks and intrusions to steal personal data, and the number of stolen data is being counted. The Vietnam Cyberspace Emergency Response Center has coordinated with the Department of Cyber ​​Security, CIC, the State Bank and cyber security enterprises to deploy response measures and collect evidence for legal handling.

The Vietnam Cyber ​​Emergency Response Center requests organizations and individuals not to arbitrarily exploit or share leaked data, and recommends that people be vigilant to avoid being exploited to spread malware, scam, and appropriate property.
