Nguyen Tran Trung Quan reveals life after health incident

(Dan Tri) - Nguyen Tran Trung Quan said that the incident helped him realize that health is the most important thing. The male singer spends time taking care of himself but still does not forget his passion for music.

Last year, Nguyen Tran Trung Quan was suddenly hospitalized after a performance in Hai Phong . At that time, the male singer was diagnosed with facial nerve palsy (facial paralysis) due to one side of his face being stiff and his mouth being crooked.

After the health incident, Nguyen Tran Trung Quan realized many things and changed his living habits such as not staying up too late, not bathing late, having a reasonable diet and rest...

The incident also helped him realize that health is the most important thing. Every 3 months, the singer goes for a check-up and regularly reminds his family and young people to take care of themselves.

Recently, Nguyen Tran Trung Quan has retired to teaching, devoting much of his energy to training and nurturing musical talents. On July 1, the male singer unexpectedly returned with a new music product called "Natural Broken Heart" .

Nguyen Tran Trung Quan said that this comeback is not only through music, but also through "all the pain, experience and courage accumulated after the upheavals".

For the first time after many years of silence, the male singer frankly faced the controversies that once surrounded him, bowed his head to apologize to the audience and thanked those who left and those who still stayed.
