Unique ceremony of carrying the giant "Pig" in La Phu village
(CLO) The annual procession of a "Pig" weighing hundreds of kilograms in La Phu village (Hoai Duc district, Hanoi ) on the 13th day of the first lunar month has become a traditional culture of the local people. The ceremony takes place in a joyful atmosphere with hundreds of people participating in the procession of the "Pig" to the communal house to worship the village's tutelary god.
