Within the framework of the Enjoy Da Nang Festival 2025, the program "Artistic kite performance - Colors in the sky" will take place at Pham Van Dong beach from June 20 to 22, promising to bring a unique visual experience to residents and visitors.
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang city, the event takes place at Pham Van Dong beach, at two main time frames - from 11:00 to 18:00 for daytime artistic kite activities, and from 19:00 to 21:00 for the LED light-up kite performance.
With a total of 50 giant kites shaped like sea creatures such as whales, octopuses, sea turtles..., the sky of Da Nang will become a vivid picture where art and nature blend together.
Not simply a childhood game, the kites in this year's program are designed using aerodynamic technology, are highly artistic and full of symbolic meaning.
Every line and every color is carefully selected to convey the spirit of freedom, the desire to reach far and the connection between people and the vast ocean. That is also the typical rhythm of Da Nang summer - youthful, vibrant and creative.
In particular, every evening, the sky of Da Nang will light up with a kite performance equipped with LED lights, creating a magical scene in the middle of the night sea.
