The inspection teams include leaders of departments and branches who are Deputy Heads of the Steering Committee, members of the Provincial High School Graduation Exam Steering Committee; leaders of districts, towns and cities where the exam sites are located.
The inspection focuses on the propaganda work about the exam, the coordination with departments, branches, organizations, and local authorities to prepare conditions for the exam; plans to ensure safety at the exam site; dissemination, dissemination and training of exam regulations; preparation of facilities, means, and equipment for the exam... The inspection time is from June 24 to 27.
Along with that, the Departmentof Education and Training also issued a plan to inspect and examine the 2025 High School Graduation Exam at the examination sites. Accordingly, the inspection teams will inspect the exam preparation work from June 12 to 23; inspect the exam supervision work from June 24 to 27 and June 28 if a backup exam is organized; inspect the exam marking work, expected from June 27 to July 13; inspect the exam review work, expected from July 27 to August 3; inspect the graduation recognition work from July 16 to 18.
In addition, the delegations also conducted surprise inspections of exam invigilation and grading.
In the 2025 high school graduation exam, the whole province has 9,243 candidates registered to take the exam, including 8,911 students in grade 12 and 332 independent candidates. Lao Cai province established an examination council with 27 examination sites and 398 examination rooms, 14 waiting rooms to ensure the regulations in the high school graduation exam regulations.
