Nguyen Tat Minh received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Last May, one of the most inspiring images about a beautiful lifestyle for the young generation was the image of Ngo Van Hieu carrying his close friend Nguyen Tat Minh to receive his excellent graduation certificate in computer science from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, as Hieu had done for more than 10 years carrying Minh to school when they were both studying together in their hometown of Trieu Son district.

Not only inspiring by his beautiful lifestyle, close friendship and attachment over many years, Nguyen Tat Minh, despite going to school every day in a wheelchair, still graduated with honors. His efforts to rise up and overcome his disadvantageous circumstances have touched and moved many hearts.

Through the implementation of movements, actions, and programs accompanying young people, thousands of meaningful works and tasks have been carried out such as: Participating in New Rural Construction, planting trees, protecting the environment, building red scarf houses for team members in difficult circumstances to strive to study well, building and handing over playgrounds to children, visiting, giving gifts and helping people and families with preferential policies, actively implementing the movement "Digital Education for All"... From those practical movements and activities, many exemplary young people and young party members have emerged in many fields, competing to study, work, create, and create. contribute to building the homeland to develop day by day".

However, besides the advantages and achievements, there is still a group of young people with too big egos, demanding, putting personal interests above collective interests, lacking responsibility, indifferent to the common good, lacking aspirations and will to rise up, especially falling into individualism, saying things that do not match actions, violating discipline... As the pioneering and core force in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, today's young generation needs to clearly define their responsibilities, train themselves, cultivate knowledge, and devote themselves to becoming "pillars of the country, future owners of the country".
